FAQ

Do you charge for an initial visit?

No, we do not charge for the initial consultation. We offer this as a complimentary service to you and your family dentist, allowing us to discuss the potential for braces or other tooth straightening options without any upfront cost.

At what age do you start seeing patients?

We typically evaluate young patients once their 6-year molars have erupted and their front permanent teeth appear, usually between the ages of 6 and 8. According to the American Association of Orthodontics, it’s recommended that children have their first orthodontic evaluation by age 7.

Why do you evaluate patients so young?

Early evaluation helps us identify and monitor potential orthodontic issues before they become more complex. Early intervention can be beneficial for some children, though many will simply be observed until they are ready for treatment.

How long will the first visit take?
