I joined my wife for her initial consultation here to ask some questions and help evaluate the choice of doc.

She had already seen a different ortho for an evaluation of her bite, and he seemed a little dishonest and slapdash.

Ortiz was the opposite. I asked him a ton of questions, both about my wife's case and a few about my own teeth. He was gracious enough to indulge all of my rabbit-hole geekery and even had me in the chair to have a look. He's forthright and clear with what he can achieve and how he intends to proceed. He's conservative and doesn't upsell at all.

I decided to pursue treatment along with my wife. So far it's been fantastic.

The office is beautiful, and the staff is professional and incredibly sweet. Maybe I'm crazy, but I actually look forward to visits at Alinea. Not many can say that about their orthodontist!

First of all, the most gorgeous medical office you will walk into. The staff is very welcoming. Definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for ortho care that's honest.

10/10 recommend, especially if you have Delta Dental!

After having Invisalign consultations with two other offices, I went to a third consultation at Alinea and signed up to do Invisalign with them. It’s a new office so there weren’t any Google reviews, but I found Dr. Ortiz’ reviews from his time at Gardena Orthodontics which were all very positive and so I booked an appointment.

Parking was easy and they have 5pm appointments which helps with my work schedule. Everyone working there is really nice and Dr. Ortiz was great in helping me understand the limitations we have to work around with my situation (I have an implant and a baby tooth) and his recommendations for how we do so.

On top of that, this office seemed to pass through more of the Delta Dental savings/benefits to me than the other offices I saw so it was the most affordable for me.

I’ll be getting started in a month and will try to remember to update this as I go along. So far, would definitely recommend coming here for a consultation!

Halfway through my Invisalign process and still having a wonderful experience! Dr. Ortiz takes the time to explain everything and he tries to help with things that are important to me (most attachments not on visible teeth, helping me work within a changing timeline for when I need to be finished). He also uses an app that allows me to do most of this without need to go in for office visits. Still highly recommend!

Dr. Ortiz is super friendly and makes you feel totally at ease. The office looks great, and the staff is both kind and knowledgable. I’ve had an awesome experience here and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

This place is awesome, everyone is super friendly and responsive, the office is trendy and cute, and the quoted price for my treatment was reasonable despite it seeming like a “high end” office. 10/10

AMAZING place to be, very cozy and Clean.
I’m still on the process with my wife and we feel very comfortable and feel welcome just like family every time we walk-in. I like the bag with the essentials for my Invisalign.

Such a lovely experience with Alinea! I put off getting Invisalign for years and finally pulled the trigger when this office opened.

Starting with the office itself- it’s gorgeous! No detail was overlooked in terms of aesthetic, cleanliness and comfort. Jodie did an exceptional job creating a chic and inviting space while paying close attention to detail on the little comforts that you just don’t see in medical suites. Such an elevated experience!

Dr. Ortiz is brilliant, friendly, personable, and professional. His expertise is apparent from the moment you start speaking with him. All of the equipment is state of the art and used with comfort and ease.

Now that I am in the follow up stages, they made it convenient with a dental monitoring device. I have had several questions after the fact and I have always been able to get in touch with the staff or doctor to help me navigate the process.

Cannot recommend Dr. Ortiz and Alinea enough to anyone who is looking for Orthodontic care for themselves or children!

It's safe to say I was very nervous about it, and was unsure how to proceed.

Dr. Ortiz listened to my concerns, discussed options for my treatment and created a treatment plan that was customized to my particular case. He and his team were professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. The process was so much smoother than I had imagined. And the results are amazing!
