Dr. Ortiz, his wife Jodie, and the rest of the team at Alinea are nothing short of fantastic. The office is stunning and outfitted with the best tech and everyone is so friendly and helpful. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. Dr. Ortiz really took his time with me and answered all of my questions with a lot of warmth and knowledge. I am 35 and went to Alinea for Invisalign and have been blown away by the level of service and care that they take with me. When it comes time for my kids to get orthodontic work done, I won’t hesitate in bringing them here! I have seen several kids in the waiting room, so I know it’s a kid friendly practice. I think Dr. Ortiz is a perfectionist, so it seems like he really would do everything in his power to get it right! 11/10 would recommend (and I have!).
